Biography

Born and Raised in the streets of Brooklyn, "CNR" is the Founder and the original writer, producer, and lead vocalist of the group known as "TRILOGY"! CNR started his Freestyle Music singing career on "JACKIE JACK RECORDS" in the days of George LaMond -Brenda K. Starr - TKA and other Freestyle Greats. TRILOGY which was founded in 1983 debuted in 1985 with the underground track titled "RED HOT". Written and produced by CNR along with the assistance of Omar Santana and Izzy Flores in the musical composition. With the success of "RED HOT" and managed by the late "George Vascones". TRILOGY, began preforming in places like THE APOLLO THEATER, THE JACOB JAVITS CONVENTION CENTER for the first HISPANIC WORLD FAIR, THE COPACABANA,THE DEVILS NEST, later known as THE FEVER, and many other great clubs in and out of NEW YORK to sold out crowds. Then in 1987, came the release of the super smash hit track that top the Billboard charts for weeks on end on P.K.O. Records titled "LATIN LOVE". Written by CNR along with assistance from the first Puerto Rican Rappers and D.J.'s O.C of the Fearless Four, Charlie Chase of The Cold Crush Bros and Izzy Flores in the musical composition. This catapulted CNR to greater heights, sharing the stage with such legends as: The late " Tito Puente" at the Amsterdam Feast hosted by the late "Eddie Rivera" for HOT 103.5 radio station; "LaToya Jackson at the club 1018's; Martha Walsh from the group "TWO TONS OF FUN" for the recording of a 7-UP radio commercial. TRILOGY- spear headed by CNR was also one of the headlined acts in the world renowned "PUERTO RICAN DAY PARADE" when Freestyle was first introduced into the parade in 1987. The parade of his ancestral roots and culture. Then at the height of his popularity with "LATIN LOVE" CNR recorded and co-produced along with O.C and Charlie Chase the next song in their arsenal called "GOTTA BE FREE"...CNR continues to write, produce, perform and has currently realeased his new Salsa Track titled "BORIQUA SOY" & a reggaeton track titled "SOUTH BEACH MAMBO"! CNR gives all the credit and glory to his lord and savior JESUS CHRIST...and also thanks his Family, Friends & Fans for their love and continued support!
